Revive prompt sometimes missing on downed squadmates in Battle Royale

In REDSEC Battle Royale modes, the prompt to drag or revive a downed teammate sometimes does not appear, or appears but does nothing. The downed player bleeds out even though a squadmate is standing over them. Squads lose players they should have been able to bring back, which can cost a match or ranked points.
