xploitr Terms of Service
Last updated: October 27, 2026
Welcome to xploitr! These terms explain the rules for using xploitr.fyi (the "site" or "service"). xploitr is run by an individual operator, not a company ("xploitr", "we", "us"). If you have any questions, email support@xploitr.fyi.
1. Accepting these terms
By using xploitr, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Who can use xploitr
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country if that's higher, to create an account. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and can agree to these terms.
3. Your account
You can create an account with Google sign-in or with an email address and password. Community features (status suggestions, issue submissions, comments, votes on comments and reports) need a signed-in account with a verified email that is at least 24 hours old. In some countries the wait doesn't apply to posting comments.
Please keep your sign-in details secure and let us know at support@xploitr.fyi if you think someone else has accessed your account. You're responsible for what happens under your account. Usernames are public, so please don't choose one that impersonates someone or is offensive.
If you turn on email alerts, we'll email your verified address about published issues in the games and issues you follow. Alerts are optional and off unless you turn them on, and you can change them in your account or stop them with the unsubscribe link in any alert email.
4. Acceptable use
Please help keep xploitr useful and friendly. When using the site, don't:
- harass, threaten, abuse or impersonate anyone
- post spam, advertising or misleading content
- post anything illegal, or anything that infringes someone else's rights
- share other people's private personal information
- post or link to cheats, hacks, malware, third-party tools or modified game files
- post instructions for methods that need cheats, third-party tools, memory editing or modified files, or that harm other players (how-tos for publicly known exploits that use only the game itself are fine)
- try to break, overload or get around the site's security, rate limits or moderation
- scrape, crawl or automatically access the site in a way that harms it or puts a heavy load on it
- create multiple accounts to get around a restriction or ban, or to manipulate votes, suggestions or reports
5. Your contributions
You keep ownership of what you contribute, such as comments, votes, status suggestions, issue submissions and reports. By contributing, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, adapt (for example to edit for length or clarity, or remove sensitive details) and publish your contribution on and in connection with xploitr. This license continues for content already published, such as an issue update that credits you, unless you ask us to remove it.
Please contribute only content you have the right to share, and make it as accurate as you can.
We may review, edit, hide, refuse or remove any contribution, and we decide at our discretion what appears on the site. Some moderation is automated. We aren't obliged to publish or keep any contribution.
6. Game content and exploits
xploitr documents publicly known issues in online games, such as bugs, glitches and exploits, for general informational purposes. We don't host or distribute cheats, third-party tools or modified game files.
Each game has its own terms of service and rules. Using an exploit or glitch may break those rules and could lead to penalties such as a ban from the game. If you choose to act on anything you read here, you do so at your own risk, and you're responsible for following each game's rules.
7. No affiliation
xploitr is independent. It isn't affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any game publisher, developer or platform. Game names, logos and other trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the games we write about.
xploitr may show gaming ads, labeled Sponsored, in set spots on the site. Ads are not part of our issue coverage, and showing one doesn't mean we endorse the advertiser or that it affects what we report. Ads link to sites we don't control, which have their own terms and privacy policies, so please check those before you buy or sign up for anything. Ads from a third-party ad network load only after you allow them, as our Privacy Policy explains. The ban on advertising in section 4 is about what people post, not these labeled ad spots.
8. Accuracy
We source the information on xploitr carefully, often from public posts and announcements, but it may be incomplete, inaccurate or out of date. Games change often, and an issue may be fixed, changed or reintroduced at any time. Please don't rely on the site as your only source.
9. Copyright and takedown requests
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on xploitr infringes your copyright or other rights, please email support@xploitr.fyi with:
- your name and contact details
- a description of the work or right you believe is infringed
- the link (URL) to the content you're concerned about
- why you believe the content infringes your rights
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you're the rights holder or authorized to act for them
We'll review each notice and remove or disable content where appropriate. If we remove your content and you believe that was a mistake, you can reply to us with an explanation. We may suspend or close the accounts of people who repeatedly infringe others' rights.
10. Suspension and termination
You can stop using xploitr at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account by emailing support@xploitr.fyi.
If your account is deleted, what you contributed may stay on xploitr, but it's anonymized and no longer linked to you. For example, your comments show "[deleted user]" and published credits say "a deleted user". Our Privacy Policy explains exactly what is kept and what is deleted.
We may suspend or close your account, or limit your access to the site, if you break these terms, if we need to in order to protect the site or other people, or if we stop offering the service. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as the license for content already published, the disclaimers, the limitation of liability and the indemnity) continue after your account ends.
11. Disclaimer
xploitr is provided "as is" and "as available", free of charge. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, xploitr and its operator won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, game accounts, in-game items, progress or access, arising from your use of the site or from acting on its content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, if any.
Some places don't allow certain disclaimers or limits on liability, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under laws that can't be waived.
13. Indemnity
If you break these terms or the law, or infringe someone else's rights, through your use of xploitr, you agree to cover the reasonable costs, losses and claims that result for xploitr and its operator, to the extent the law allows.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top, and for significant changes we'll post a notice on the site before they take effect. If you keep using xploitr after changes take effect, you accept the updated terms.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, USA, and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you live outside the United States, you still keep any protections that the laws of your country give you and that can't be waived by agreement.
16. General
If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a part of these terms right away, we can still enforce it later. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about using xploitr.
